  • Is the transport to and from my hiking or cycling trip included?
    No, you travel on your own to your first accommodation. Please check that you have the opportunity to get to your destination before you book your trip with us.
  • How does it work?
    Once you have selected, booked and paid for a trip with us, the following happens 1. We book your accommodation at one of the hotels / bed & breakfasts along the way 2. We arrange the transport of your luggage and any other transport that is included 3. We book bicycles (helmets / bags / theft insurance) if you have chosen a bicycle trip 4. We will send you a booking confirmation 5. You need to check that everything is correct and get in touch within 2 days if it's not 6. We will send you detailed information, descriptions and maps for your trip in English 7. You travel to the destination on your own and we wish you a wonderful micro-adventure.
  • What happens if I have to cancel my trip against all odds?
    All trips are arranged in person and we ask you to respect this. You can change the names of the participants if you wish, but if you have to cancel completely, the following cancellation rules apply. 1. Cancellation up to 35 days before the start of the trip no cancellation fee 2. Cancellation 34-20 days before the start of the trip means that 30% of the trip cost will be deducted (booking fee). 3. Cancellation 19-11 days before the start of the trip, means 50% discount 4. Cancellation 10-6 days before the start of the trip, means 80% discount 5. Cancellation 5 days before the start of the trip or no show means full payment.
  • What about travel insurance?
    We recommend everyone who travels abroad to check how your travel insurance applies. If you pay by credit card, this often means that a travelinsurance is included. If you want to be on the safe side, we suggest that you buy an additional travel insurance.
  • What about passports, visas and vaccinations when travelling in Europe?
    Passport You are responsible for having a valid passport. Visa You do not need to have visa for any of our destinations Vaccination Vaccination is not normally required for any European country. Check carefully if any special restrictions apply for visiting your destination.
  • What do I do if I have complaints about my trip?
    First and foremost, we hope your trip goes smoothly. Should anything occur, please contact our local contact. You have all the contact information in your travel documents. If something has happened that cannot be resolved on the spot, we ask you to give us feedback in writing no later than 10 days after the end of the trip.
